To accept the student accommodation, you must perform the following steps (procedure active from A. A. 2024/2025):
1° STEP – FILLING IN THE ACCEPTANCE FORM
To fill in the online acceptance form, follow the following steps:
- ACCESS, in the manner indicated in art. 3, the internet application made available on the personal page of the Entity’s online services portal;
- FILL in the required fields of the form;
- CONFIRM the data entered and wait for SMS with OTP code to validate them (only for those who do not access with SPID or CIE);
- INSERT in the appropriate field the OTP code received from SMS for the validation of the data entered in the benefits request (only for those who do not access with SPID or CIE);
- Complete the procedure.
Deadline for filling in the online form of acceptance of the bed and for validation of the same (limited to those who do not access with SPID or CIE) with OTP code: at 14:00:00 on the 15th day following the publication of the housing service ranking or on the 5th day after the publication of the lists of new beneficiaries by ranking.
2° STEP – REGULARIZATION OF THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE BED
The accommodation – sleeping accommodation service assignees must upload (upload) in the appropriate subsection called “Dossier” on the homepage of the ERSU student portal, the following documentation (individual files in pdf format) for the regularization of the acceptance of the bed:
- a medical certificate issued by the family doctor (in agreement with S.S.N.) or any ASP (ex ASL) on a date not earlier than 3 months, certifying that the student does not suffer from diseases that affect living together in the community;
- receipt of payment of the security of a variable amount according to residence:
- Residenze Biscottari, Schiavuzzo, SS. Nunziata € 50,00
- Residences Casa del Goliardo, San Nicolò, SS. Salvatore € 100,00;
- receipt of payment of the accommodation fee, equal to € 150.00, if due;
- photo digital card format . jpg or . gif of the size to 200 Kb and resolution less than 2048 1536 pixels.
The payment of the deposit and the fee, if due, must be made, according to the procedures provided by law, through PagoPa service, connecting to the link https://pagopa.mps.it/public/?i=ep_pa of the Institution’s institutional site.
The deposit will be automatically returned to the student within 90 days of the end of the stay at the residence. In case of any damage or economic pending with the ERSU, the refund will be cancelled or suspended until the debt balance.
3° STEP – TAKING POSSESSION OF THE BED
To complete the acceptance of the bed, after having filled in the online form of acceptance of the bed, validated it with OTP (limited for those who do not access with SPID or CIE) and regularized the acceptance by uploading in the “File” the above mentioned documentation, it is NECESSARY, otherwise the benefit will be forfeited, take possession of the bed within 15 days from the date of publication of the housing service ranking or within 5 days from the date of publication of the lists of new tenants by ranking.
The Assignor may not request a specific bed. The beds are allocated by the competent office according to availability in the various facilities.
ATTENTION: The person assigned to the bed must make an appointment using the appropriate system available at: https://notify.ersupalermo.it/cup/ , at the university residence for which he has expressed his preference at the time of acceptance and go there, on the day and at the time fixed for the possible delivery of the bed, which may be indicated in case you have already been a guest of that residence, under penalty of impossibility to take possession of the bed. If there is no availability in the residence indicated, he will be assigned a place in another residence. Those who do not show up for the appointment on the day and time set will not be able to take possession of the bed and will have to book a new appointment.
The preference for the university residence is only indicative and no claim of assignment in a residence may be advanced by students.
For the delivery of the accommodation, the student must present the valid identity document in original. The international student must submit the original documents.
The University Residence Managers will be able to allow access and subsequent taking of possession of the accommodation only after the acquisition of all the required documentation.
Deadline for acceptance of the accommodation: no later than 14:00 on the 15th day following the publication of the housing service ranking or within 5 days after the publication of the lists of new beneficiaries by ranking.
