HOW… to accept the student accommodation?

To accept the student accommodation, you must perform the following steps (procedure active from A. A. 2025/2026):

 

STEP 1 – FILLING IN THE ACCEPTANCE FORM

To fill in the online acceptance form, follow the following steps:
1. ACCESS, in the manner indicated in art. 3, the internet application made available on the personal page of the Institution’s service portal;
2. FILL in the required fields of the form;
3. CONFIRM the data entered and wait for SMS with OTP code to validate them (only for those who do not access with SPID or CIE);
4. INSERT in the appropriate field the OTP code received from SMS for the validation of the data entered in the benefits request (only for those who do not access with SPID or CIE);
5. Complete the procedure.
Deadline for filling in the online form of acceptance of the bed and for validation of the same (limited to those who do not access with SPid or CIE) with OTP code: 2 pm on the 12th day following the publication of the housing service ranking or on the 3rd working day after the publication of the lists of new assignees by scrolling the ranking.
STEP 2 – Upload the documentation to the Dossier to regularize the acceptance of bed place
The accomodation service assignees must upload in the appropriate subsection called “Dossier” on the homepage of the Ersu student portal, the following documentation (individual files in pdf format) for the regularization of the acceptance of the bed:
a medical certificate issued by the family doctor (in agreememt with S.S.N.) or any ASP (ex ASL) on a date not earlier than 3 months, certifying that the student does not suffer from diseases that affect living together in the community.
Students accessing for the first time must insert a digital photo in jpg or e-mail format, with dimensions smaller than 200kb and resolution smaller than 2048 per 1536, into their personal profile on the online service portal.
STEP 3 – Book an appointment before going to the university residence to take possession of the bed space

To take possession of the bed space, you must book an appointment in your preferred university residence, using the specific online procedure on the personal page of the Institution’s service portal.
ATTENTION: to book an appointment, you must have completed and submitted the bed acceptance form.
The Assignee may not claim a specific bed. The beds are allocated by the competent office according to availability in the various residences.
STEP 4 – Taking possession of the bed
Go to the chosen university residence on the day and the time established. Who does not show up for the appointment will not have the bed space and will have to book a new appointment.
To receive the accomodation, the student must have the original identity document, The international student must have the original document.
The university residence managers will be able to allow access after having acquired the required documentation.
Deadline for accepting a bed-space is 2 pm on the 12th day following the date of publication of the housing service tanking or within three working days from the date of publication of the lists of new assignees by scrolling the ranking.
possible STEP 5 – Pay the deposit and /or the accommodation fee
The deposit is of a variable amount based on the chosen university residence:
Biscottari, Schiavuzzo, SS. Nunziata € 50,00;
Casa de Goliardo, S. Nicolo’, SS.Salvatore, San Domenico €100,00.
ATTENTION: If deposit and/or accommodation fee are due, the payment notice, with the amount to be paid, will be provided by the facility’s contact person upon delivery of the bed space. The receipt of payment must be shown to the contact person of the structure.
